How it works

Three steps. No blank page.

Step 01

Tap what happened

Big, clear buttons for the things your participant actually does, with their usual choices already picked.

Step 02

Check the wording

Person-centred, NDIS-style sentences, written in the order things happened. Change anything with a tap.

Step 03

Copy and paste

One button copies the whole shift, hour by hour, ready for your provider's system.

Before and after

Same shift. A very different note.

End of a long shift (example)

Sam had brekkie. Went for drive to beach, good. Bath ok. Bed 9ish.

With Swift Notes

Sam requested Vegemite toast. Staff provided verbal prompting with meal preparation to support his independence. Staff escorted Sam to the car to support his safety. Staff supported Sam to access the community; he went for a drive to the beach and presented as settled throughout. Staff prompted Sam to have a bath as part of his personal care routine; he accepted and got in straight away.

Speak it

Just say it. We'll tap the buttons.

Talk like a handover. Swift Notes picks out what happened, understands "he didn't want to", and shows you everything before it's added.

"Took Sam to the beach, verbal prompts for his shoes, he was settled. He didn't want lunch."

Questions

Good to know

Who is Swift Notes for?

Disability support workers, the families who coordinate their supports, and small providers. It was built by a support worker to write the notes support workers write every shift.

Does it replace my provider's system?

No. Swift Notes writes the note; you copy it into the system your provider already uses. That keeps your provider's records exactly where they expect them.

Where is information stored?

Right now, everything stays in the browser on the device you use, and nothing is uploaded. Team accounts with secure, Australian-hosted storage are being built for the subscription version.

Can it be set up for my participant?

Yes. Each participant gets their own buttons, places, foods, words and routines, so notes sound like their day, not a template.

Does it write serious incident reports?

It drafts lower-level incidents for you. Higher-level incidents are always written by hand, by the worker who was there.

Is the voice feature private?

Speak it uses your phone's own speech-to-text, the same as the microphone on your keyboard. You always see and check the words before anything is added.
